RestoMenu provides augmented reality menu solutions for restaurants, including 3D food visualization, QR code generation, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (menu items, images). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it for providing our services. Our service, including 3D models we create, remains our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RestoMenu from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
